Hi, I'm Sue
and thank you for visiting my website
Life sadly, can never be free from difficulties such as anxiety, relationship problems, grief, or trauma, sometimes these are manageable, other times they are completely overwhelming and debilitating.

It takes enormous courage to ask for help.

My Story
I have lived and worked locally for most of my life. The majority of my career has been in primary school teaching but from my early twenties I knew I wanted to become a counsellor. Finally after over thirty years I have achieved my dream and I am a fully qualified counsellor and an accredited registrant member of the The National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society.
Over the years I have needed counselling myself and I know how hard it felt to admit that I was struggling and needed help.
I found that just being properly heard, with kindness and without judgement a powerful relief.
The counselling process validated my feelings and helped me to think more clearly.

It is a huge privilege to be part of someone's counselling journey.
